Marstan Press currently has a 5 colour press and a 10 colour press, which can both print a maximum sheet size of 520mm x 720mm (B2). These Heidelberg Speedmaster presses offer the highest quality litho printing and offer great flexibility to cater for various products including leaflets, brochures, business stationery, direct mail print items and corporate literature. The ownership of these two presses makes us particulalry competitive on small to medium run leaflet work through to magazine, catalogue and other litho print runs of substantial quantities.
Our litho printing presses use alcohol substitutes for lower VOC emissions and the press plates are made using a 100% chemical and water free system. The Alpha Eco Range of inks are used, these are made from 100% renewable resources and are neither toxic or hazardous to health. Plus, through our FSC Certification we are able to print the FSC Logo on your work when using certified stocks. Our printing presses are optimised to the ISO 12647-2 Standard and are calibrated using Heidelberg’s Image Control Colour Management System. Image Control reduces our make ready times and results in less wastage. This benefits our customers
