To gain accreditation, SEE Companies must answer 35 challenging questions on a range of social, environmental, and ethical (SEE) issues, guarantee their responses and publish them on www.SeeWhatYouAreBuyingInto.com
Accreditation requires transparency. SEE Companies must explain in their own words the SEE policies and practices they pursue as well as provide basic information about their organisation.
Transparency promotes accountability. All accredited companies' information is available on the SEE What You Are Buying Into website where it is subject to public monitoring, scrutiny and comment.
Accountability engenders trust. SEE Companies are required to demonstrate extraordinary levels of honesty and openness.
Why has Marstan decided to become SEE Accredited?
Increasing concern about social, environmental, and ethical (SEE) issues is leading to higher demand for SEE practice in business. Problems like global warming, poverty, inequality and the depletion of natural resources concern us all.
