New Investments Boost Production

Marstan Press is please to announce a number of new investments aimed at increasing productivity and increasing the number of products we can offer our customers.
Our finishing department has benefited greatly, with the purchase of:
- A Polar Flow-line Guillotine
- 2 Stahl and 1 MBO Folder
- Heidelberg Cylinder for die cutting and creasing
- 2 Ink-jet units for sequential numbering
- An Iram 4 head Drill
- A Morgana AutoCrease
Other areas of the business have also has significant investment, including:
- A New Heidelberg Suprasetter, 100% chemical and water free CTP System
- Heidelberg's Prinect work-flow
- An OKI C9650 Easi-print system
- An OCE CS665 Digital printing press
Martin Lett Jnr states, "the investments in the finishing department have increased productivity by upto 75% in some areas, whilst the plate maker and work-flow investment has helped improve print quality and colour management." It is however, the digital investments that excite him the most, "this is the first time in our 55 year history that we have invested in digital print, and already the benefits of adding this to our business are clear to see"
